Ra66 supports a variety of safe and convenient deposit methods for Malaysian members. All deposits are processed in real time and will be credited to your account immediately upon confirmation by the payment processor.

Accepted deposit methods on the ra66 platform include:

• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 per transaction.
• No maximum daily deposit limit is set by default; however, you may set your own personal limit through your account settings.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.
• Ra66 does not charge any additional fees for deposits; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own charges.
• If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact our support team via live chat and include proof of transaction.

Ra66 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests in the shortest possible time. Withdrawals via DuitNow and local digital wallets are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes after approval.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 per transaction.
• Your first withdrawal must use the same payment method as your first deposit (this rule is in place to prevent money laundering).
• You must complete the full identity verification process (KYC) before your first withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawal requests exceeding MYR 10,000 may require additional verification and a longer processing time of up to 24 business hours.
• Ra66 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security review if suspicious activity is detected on an account.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account registered in the same member's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

• All bonuses may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated.

• The outcome of all games is final. Any dispute regarding a game result must be submitted within 72 hours after the game ends.

• Ra66 will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
• Your data may be shared with payment processors, licensed auditors, and regulatory authorities when required by law.

Ra66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

The ra66 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ra66 strives to ensure the platform operates smoothly at all times, we cannot guarantee that the service will be entirely free from interruptions, delays, or technical errors.

• Ra66 is not responsible for any loss of funds resulting from network failure, ISP disruption, or device malfunction on the member's end.
• Ra66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform.
• Ra66's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
• Ra66 is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in maintaining account security.

Ra66 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Such changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the ra66 official website.

In the event of amendments involving material changes to member rights or obligations, ra66 will endeavour to provide advance notice via registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 calendar days before the amendment takes effect.
